Skilled Concrete Workers

Two plus years of concrete experience required. Candidates for this position will have an expectation of professional conduct, quality workmanship, and safe work practices. Candidates will collaborate with the superintendent and project manager to pour and finish concrete, assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete, grade dirt and concrete accurately, install and tie rebar and wire mesh, report any equipment problems to a designated supervisor, among other duties. Must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must have a willingness to learn new skills and participate in active safety training and health management.

Skilled Carpentry Workers

Two plus years of carpentry experience required. Candidates for this position will have an expectation for professional conduct, quality workmanship, and safe work practices. Candidates will collaborate with the superintendent and project manager to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures. Must have demonstrated ability to read and interpret prints, work with raw and finish materials, and have a strong working knowledge of standard industry tools and equipment. Candidates must have a willingness to learn new skills and participate in active safety training and health management.

Painters

Two plus years of painting and/or drywall experience required. Candidates for this position will have an expectation for professional conduct, quality workmanship, and safe work practices. Possess the ability to collaborate with superintendents and project managers to finish surfaces, including drywall, wood, and steel doors, using paint, stain, sealers, and other chemical compounds. Must be capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with coworkers. Candidates must have a willingness to learn new skills and participate in active safety training and health management.

General Laborers

Candidates are expected to be dependable, hardworking individuals looking to learn the construction trade. Must show willingness to learn new skills and participate in active safety training and health management. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading building materials, preparing and cleaning job sites, operating tools and equipment as instructed by supervisors, and assisting with carpentry and/or concrete trades as directed. Candidates must have a desire to work for a company that cares for its people, its clients, and the community.

Construction Field Supervisors

Three plus years of carpentry experience required. Candidates for this position must display professional conduct, quality workmanship, strong communication and leadership skills, and safe work practices. Must have a willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with those who work around you. Candidates are expected to participate in active safety training and health management, monitor safe workspaces, and encourage those around them to practice safe work habits.
